Return, exchange, and warranty policy: 1- When returning perfumes, they must not be opened, used, or have their original packaging tampered with. 2- If the customer receives an incorrect product or there is a defect in the product, they can return it without any return fees, and Al-Qudaa for Oud Foundation will bear all required costs, provided that it is within 7 days of receiving the order. 3- If the customer wishes to return the product for any reason, they bear all return costs, including shipping, delivery, and any other costs resulting from returning the product to the company, and the refunded amount will be returned in the same way as the payment was made. 4- To return oud and incense, the used quantity must not exceed 2 grams. 5- It is not allowed to exchange or return a product purchased before the offer period with a product included in the offer. 6- The products to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, unopened, and unused.
